Many of clients do not reside year round in the Cayman Islands and we are happy to manage their air conditioning needs in their absence.
For our overseas clients we offer unmatched personalized service. We offer scheduled maintenance for your rental or vacation property. We will coordinate with your property manager, tenant or directly with you to make sure that your equipment is properly cared for and maintained. Upon request we offer to keep a set of keys in our lock box so that we may access properties without having to inconvenience owners, managers or tenants.
We offer computerized statements and invoicing which we can email or send by regular mail. Either way you have control of your account and approve all charges before any work happens.
