Neville is former track star but is a little scared to race against Chuck. Neville graduated from Lindsey Cooper Institute and is has become an excellent installation specialist.

Hardie Hurlston - Comfort Specialist

Hardie has been with Polar Bear for 10 years. Hardie is a dedicated and loyal employee who started as a helper and now is in charge of all our condominium maintenance operations.

Hardie is bilingual a talented musician and FORMER long distance running champ. Now he only runs, to the fridge and the bathroom.

Gerardo Martinez - Comfort Specialist

Gerardo is a customer favorite. Our customers just rave about his friendliness and playfulness with them. Gerardo comes from a Mechanical Engineering background and is an excellent technician. He has been at Polar Bear 5 years.

Dwayne Ashley - Comfort Specialist

Dwayne is affectionately known as 9 around here. He doesn’t give high fives only high fours. Dwayne is moving his way up and is an up and coming technician. Dwayne is a Lindsey Cooper graduate and a very articulate and conscientious worker who gets along very well with both customers and co- workers.

Ron Herman - Comfort Specialist

For some reason we can’t figure out, everyone calls Ron, “Big Ron.” Ron is not only an excellent Air Conditioning/Refrigeration technician, but is also a skillful Plumber. Many people don’t know this but he is also a budding inventor.

Dalmond Bodden - Comfort Specialist

Dalmond is one of our most promising Jr. Technicians. Dalmond is not only technically inclined but intelligent and articulate. He’s a musician and has his own band. We are thankful we pay him by the hour and not the word. By the way he’s scared to get in the “cage” with Chuck.
